Modern client management platform for salons and medspas
Log in to Boulevard Dashboard
Open your browser and go to app.joinblvd.com. Sign in with your owner or administrator email and password. Boulevard uses a dark-themed dashboard — you will see your daily appointments on the calendar view after logging in.
Tip:
Only Owner and Manager roles have access to the Clients export feature. Front desk and service provider roles cannot export data.
Navigate to Clients in the Left Sidebar
On the left side of the screen, find the navigation icons. Look for the "Clients" icon — it shows a person silhouette or a group icon. Click it. This opens the full client database with a search bar at the top and a table listing all clients.
Confirm "All Clients" View
Above the client table, check that you are viewing "All Clients" and not a filtered subset. If you see a filter showing "Active Only" or a specific staff member's clients, click the filter and reset it to show all clients. The total count in the top-left of the table should reflect your full client base.
Click "Export current list" to Download CSV
In the top-right area of the client list, click the "Export current list" button. Boulevard will immediately generate and download a CSV file to your browser's Downloads folder. There is no field selection dialog — Boulevard includes all client data fields automatically.
Tip:
If the Export button is not visible, you may be on the wrong plan. Boulevard's basic plan restricts data exports — contact Boulevard support or upgrade to a plan that includes data portability.
Verify and Upload
Open the downloaded CSV in Excel. Confirm headers are on row 1 and that Phone, Email, and Last Appointment columns have data. Send to MedMasters via the secure upload link provided.
Note:
Do not email patient data. Use only the secure upload link from your MedMasters account manager.

Get Your Boulevard Private Calendar URL
Log in to Boulevard and navigate to My Settings → Calendar Integrations. Copy your Boulevard Private Calendar URL shown on that page.
Add the Calendar URL to Google Calendar
Open Google Calendar on your computer. In the left sidebar under "Other Calendars," click the + icon. Choose "From URL."
Paste the URL and Save
Paste your Boulevard Private Calendar URL into the "URL of calendar" field. Click "Add Calendar." Your Boulevard appointments will start appearing in Google Calendar within 24 hours.
(Optional) Import Your Google Calendar into Boulevard
To block personal time in Boulevard from your Google Calendar: in Google Calendar, click the settings gear icon next to your calendar name → "Settings and sharing" → scroll to "Integrate Calendar" → copy the "Secret address in iCal format." Then in Boulevard, go to My Settings → Calendar Integrations → Import External Calendars and paste that URL.
• Google Calendar only refreshes the Boulevard iCal feed once per day — it is not a real-time sync.
• The initial sync can take up to 48 hours after adding the URL.
• Only the most recent 2 months of appointments are available via the iCal feed.
• Recurring events created in your personal Google Calendar are not supported and may not sync to Boulevard.
• You can also import your personal Google Calendar into Boulevard to block off personal time.
