Export Steps
Sign in to CareCloud
Open app.carecloud.com in a desktop browser. Admin role required for the patient demographic export.
Open Reports → Patient Demographics
Click Reports → Patient Reports → "Patient Demographic Export". Configure status, date, and provider filters.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Once the report loads, click Export → CSV or Excel.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Multi-tenant cloud — different practices may see slightly different report names.
CareCloud Charts (EHR) and CareCloud Central (PM) have separate reporting interfaces — use Central for demographics.
