Sign in to Cash Practice
Open app.cashpractice.com in a desktop browser. Owners and admins can export; staff accounts cannot.
Open Patients → Reports
Click "Patients" in the navigation, then "Reports" → "Patient Export". Configure filters (date range, status).
Generate and Download CSV
Click "Generate Report". The CSV downloads to your browser when ready.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Cash Practice is purpose-built for cash-pay clinics — insurance fields are sparse compared to traditional EHRs.
Care plan status (active, completed, lapsed) is the primary filter; "active patient" alone isn't the right signal.
Filter by Care Plan Status = "Lapsed" or "Completed" to identify reactivation targets.
Cash Practice tracks recurring billing on file — flag those patients separately, they convert at higher rates.
