Export Steps
Log In to ChiroSpring
Open your browser and navigate to app.chirospring.com. Enter your administrator email and password and click "Log In". ChiroSpring is a fully cloud-based chiropractic EHR.
Tip:
You need Admin or Office Manager access to run patient exports. Provider-only logins may not have access to the Reports menu.
Navigate to Reports → Patient Listing
In the left sidebar or top navigation, click "Reports". The ChiroSpring reports section will open. Look for "Patient Listing" in the report options and click it.
Click Search to Load All Patients
On the Patient Listing screen, you will see filter options. To export all patients, leave filters at their defaults (or set Status to "All" if prompted). Click the "Search" button to load the full patient list. ChiroSpring will display all matching patients in a table below.
Tip:
ChiroSpring's self-service CSV export is available at no additional cost. If you need clinical documents (SOAP notes, X-rays) exported as well, ChiroSpring offers a professional export service for $1,000 (5–7 business days). For MedMasters, only the patient demographics CSV is needed.
Select Patients from All Pages → Action → Export CSV
Once the patient list loads, click "Select patients from all pages" (this link appears above the results table when results span multiple pages). This ensures every patient is included, not just those visible on the current page. Then click the "Action" button and select "Export CSV" from the dropdown.

- The CSV file will download immediately to your computer
Tip:
The self-service CSV export (patient demographics) is free. If you also need SOAP notes and scanned documents exported, ChiroSpring offers a professional export service for $1,000 — but for MedMasters, only the patient demographics CSV is needed.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email patient data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.

Known Quirks
Must click "Select patients from all pages" before using the Action → Export CSV — selecting only the visible page will miss patients on other pages
