Practice management for chiropractors, RMTs, and physiotherapists
Log In to ClinicSense
Open your browser and navigate to app.clinicsense.com. Enter your email and password and click "Sign In". ClinicSense is fully cloud-based.
Tip:
The "Export client list" permission must be assigned to your account by a superuser. If you do not see the export option, ask your clinic owner to grant you this permission under Settings.
Navigate to Clients
In the left sidebar, click "Clients". This opens the full client list for your clinic.
Optionally Select One or More Practitioners
Before exporting, you can optionally select one or more Practitioner filters to limit the export to clients of specific practitioners. To export all clients across all practitioners (recommended), leave the practitioner selector at its default (all practitioners).
Tip:
ClinicSense defaults to showing all active clients. The export will include only clients currently visible in the list.
Click "Export Client List" at the Bottom Left
Look at the bottom-left area of the Clients page — you will see an "Export Client List" button. Click it. A confirmation dialog will appear — click "Export" to confirm. Follow your device's on-screen download prompts to save the CSV file.
Tip:
The button is at the bottom-left of the Clients page — scroll down if you do not see it immediately.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email patient data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
Which MedMasters data fields are available in this EHR export.
ClinicSense calls patients "clients" — same data, different terminology
ClinicSense does not natively track insurance vs cash pay — this field will be unavailable
ClinicSense is clean and easy to export from — the entire process takes under 5 minutes
Used across multiple disciplines including chiro, RMT, physiotherapy, and acupuncture — all follow the same export process
Got your export? Now what?
