Specialty EHR with strong configurability for chiro and ophthalmology
Sign in on a Compulink Workstation
Compulink runs on a Windows server with workstation clients. Sign in on a workstation using an Administrator-level account.
Open Reports → Custom Report Writer
Compulink does not have a one-click export. Open Reports → Custom Report Writer. Choose "Patient Demographics" as the base table.
Configure the Report
Add columns: First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone, Email, Last Encounter Date, Patient Status, Visit Count. Save the configuration as a custom report template.
Tip:
Save the template once — every future reactivation export reuses it with one click.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Once the report displays, click the export icon and choose Excel or CSV. Save to a HIPAA-compliant location.
Note:
Compulink reports run against the production database — schedule large exports for after hours to avoid slowing down clinical workflows.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.
Which MedMasters data fields are available in this EHR export.
Custom Report Writer requires familiarity with database fields — first export usually takes 30+ minutes to set up.
Field names follow Compulink's internal schema (Pat-prefixed) — not standardized.
Have your IT or Compulink rep set up the report once; staff can re-run with one click after.
Save the report definition file — it can be shared between Compulink instances.
Got your export? Now what?
The Storage & Handoff Playbook covers verifying, securing, and using the data for compliance, migration, or analytics.
