Export Steps
Log in to Curve Dental
Navigate to app.curvedental.com in your browser. Sign in with your admin or office manager credentials. Curve Dental is fully cloud-based with a modern, clean interface. After login, you will see the appointment calendar and practice dashboard.
Tip:
Admin or Manager role required for patient data export. If you do not see the Reports section, verify your role in Settings → Users.
Click "Reports" in the Top Navigation
In the top navigation bar, click "Reports". Curve Dental's Reports section is comprehensive — you will see categories for Patient, Financial, Clinical, and more on the left side.
Navigate to Patient Reports → Patient List
In the Reports left sidebar, click "Patient Reports". Then select "Patient List" or "Patient Demographics". This report includes all contact and visit fields needed for MedMasters.
Set Status Filter and Export
In the Patient List report, set Status = "All" to include both active and inactive patients. Set Date Range = "All Time". Click "Generate" or "Run Report". Once the report loads, click "Export to CSV" in the report toolbar.
- Status: All (active + inactive)
- Date Range: All Time
- Provider: All Providers
- Click Generate Report
- Click Export to CSV
Tip:
Curve Dental includes all fields (name, phone, email, last visit, status, insurance) in the standard Patient List — no need to configure output columns.
Send to MedMasters
Download the CSV and upload to MedMasters using the secure link. Curve Dental exports are clean and well-labeled — no additional notes needed.
Note:
Do not email the file. Use the secure MedMasters upload link.
