Export Steps
Sign in on the Daysmart Dental Workstation
Daysmart Dental runs on a local server with workstation clients. Sign in on a workstation as Manager or Owner.
Open Reports → Patient List Report
Click Reports → Patient → "Patient List Report". Set Status = All, Date Range = All.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Once the table loads, click "Export to CSV". Save to a secure location.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Local-server install — exports only run on a workstation connected to the practice network.
Older accounts may still see the "Datacon" branding — same product, same export path.
Pro Tips
Daysmart's recall report (Patient → Recall) is purpose-built for reactivation — try it before the generic patient list.
Multi-doctor offices: the report defaults to one provider's patients. Change provider filter to "All Providers".
