Export Steps
Open Dolphin Management
Sign in on a Dolphin Management workstation as administrator. The product is locally installed.
Open Reports → Patient Demographics
Click Reports → Patient → "Demographic Export". Set Status = All, Date = All Time.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Click "Export to CSV/Excel". Save to a secure location.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.
Field Availability
Which MedMasters data fields are available in this EHR export.
Known Quirks
Treatment-status field is ortho-specific (Active, Retention, Discontinued) — different from typical patient status.
Dolphin Imaging (separate product) is for imaging only — use Dolphin Management for patient lists.
Pro Tips
Filter by Treatment Status = "Retention" or "Discontinued" for the strongest reactivation candidates.
Save the report config to a network share so all workstations use the same format.
