Export Steps
Open Easy Dental on the Server Workstation
Easy Dental runs on a local Windows server with workstation clients. Sign in as administrator on a workstation.
Open the Patient List Manager
From the Easy Dental main menu, choose Reports → Patient List Manager. Set Status = All, Date Range = All Time.
Configure and Export
Choose columns: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Last Visit, Insurance. Click "Export" and select CSV. Save to the export folder.
Note:
Easy Dental CSV exports may not include a header row — confirm in Excel and add one if missing.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
CSV export does not always include a header row — verify and add headers manually if needed.
Easy Dental is the smaller-practice sibling of Dentrix; field names overlap but reports differ.
Local-server install — must be run from a workstation on the practice network.
