Log In to EasyDC
Open your browser and navigate to your EasyDC portal (typically app.easydc.com or the URL provided during onboarding). Sign in with your admin or doctor credentials. After login you will land on the main dashboard.
Navigate to Reports
In the top navigation bar, click "Reports". This opens the reporting hub where you can generate patient lists, financial reports, and visit summaries.
Open Patient List Report
In the left panel under Reports, click "Patient Reports", then select "Patient List" or "All Patients". This generates a table of all patients in the system with their demographics and visit history.
Set Status Filter to "All"
Before running the report, find the "Patient Status" dropdown and set it to "All" to include both active and inactive patients in a single export. Set the date range to "All Time". Leave the provider filter set to "All Providers" unless you only want patients from a specific provider.
Tip:
Selecting "All" captures your full patient base — MedMasters will handle segmenting active vs. inactive for you.
Export as CSV
Once the patient list loads in the results table, click the "Export CSV" button near the top right of the results. EasyDC will generate and download a CSV file containing all patients matching your filter criteria.
Tip:
The exported CSV will include column headers in the first row — you do not need to add them manually.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the exported CSV file using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email patient data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
