All-in-one booking and business platform for beauty and wellness
Log In to GlossGenius
Open your browser and go to dashboard.glossgenius.com. Log in with your business email and password.
Tip:
GlossGenius is primarily a mobile-first platform, but data exports are only available through the web dashboard at dashboard.glossgenius.com — not in the mobile app.
Select "Clients" from the Side Menu
In the left side menu, click "Clients". This opens your full client list.
Tap the Three Dots (•••) in the Top-Right Corner
In the top-right corner of the Clients page, look for three dots (•••). Click or tap them. A dropdown menu will appear with options including "Export Clients".
Choose "Export Clients"
From the three-dot dropdown menu, select "Export Clients". GlossGenius will generate a CSV of all your clients and either download it immediately or offer the option to have it emailed to you.
Note:
Make sure all status filters are cleared before exporting, or inactive clients may be excluded from the file.
Tip:
If prompted, you can choose between downloading the CSV directly or having it emailed to your account email address.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
Which MedMasters data fields are available in this EHR export.
GlossGenius is primarily a mobile app — exports must be done from the web dashboard, not the mobile app
GlossGenius is used by solo estheticians and small medspas — client lists are typically smaller but well-organized
No insurance tracking — all clients in GlossGenius are self-pay
GlossGenius has one of the simplest export flows — the entire process takes under 5 minutes
The web dashboard has features not available in the mobile app — always use dashboard.glossgenius.com for data management
Sync type: two way
Log In to the Web Dashboard
Open dashboard.glossgenius.com in a browser and log in with your GlossGenius credentials.
Navigate to Two-Way Calendar Sync
Go to Settings → Personal → My Preferences → Two-Way Calendar Sync.
Connect Your Google Account
Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Google Calendar account. Grant GlossGenius the requested permissions.
Configure and Save
Review the sync settings (which direction to sync, which calendars to include) and save your preferences.
Verify the Integration
Create a test appointment in GlossGenius and confirm it appears in your Google Calendar. Add a personal Google event and verify it blocks your availability in GlossGenius.
• Two-way sync: GlossGenius bookings appear in Google Calendar, and personal Google events block your GlossGenius availability.
• Setup must be done from the web dashboard at dashboard.glossgenius.com — the feature is not available in the mobile app.
• For teams: calendar permissions can be managed per staff member under Settings → My Squad → Manage Team and Permissions.
Got your export? Now what?
The Storage & Handoff Playbook covers verifying, securing, and using the data for compliance, migration, or analytics.
