Export Steps
Sign in to Joya
Open app.joya.com (or your practice subdomain) in a desktop browser. Patient export requires admin role.
Open Clients → Export
Click "Clients" in the navigation. At the top of the client list, click the export icon (downward arrow). Choose "Export All to CSV" from the menu.
Download the File
The CSV downloads to your browser. Verify in Excel that the first row contains column headers and the email/phone columns are populated.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Newer platform — UI updates frequently, menu labels may shift between releases.
Some practices have multi-location accounts; the export defaults to the active location only.
Pro Tips
If you operate multiple locations, switch each one and export separately, then concatenate.
Use the "Tags" filter to pre-segment by service category (Botox, fillers, laser, etc.).
