Sign in to Lighthouse 360
Open my.lh360.com in a desktop browser. Lighthouse 360 syncs with your primary dental EHR.
Open Patients → Export
Click "Patients" in the navigation. Click the "Export" icon and choose "All Patients" → "CSV".
Download
The CSV downloads to your browser.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.
