Smart salon and spa management built for modern teams
Open the Mangomint Desktop App
Open Mangomint on your desktop computer or laptop browser at app.mangomint.com. Enter your owner or admin email and password. Mangomint has a clean, minimal interface — after login you will see the Dashboard with today's appointment overview.
Note:
The client export option is only available in the Mangomint desktop app. It is NOT available in the Mangomint mobile app. You must use a desktop or laptop browser to export.
Tip:
Only the account owner or admins with "Manage Clients" permissions can export client data. If you cannot see the export option, check your role under Settings → Staff.
Open the Clients App
In the left sidebar, click "Clients". This opens the Clients module, showing a table with client names, contact details, and visit information.
Update Filters as Needed
Before exporting, apply any filters you want the export to reflect. To export all clients (recommended), make sure no status filters are active — remove any "Active Only" filter chips by clicking the X next to them. The client count in the top area shows how many records will be in the export.
Tip:
In Mangomint, clients become "inactive" after a period without an appointment. Removing filters shows both active and inactive clients.
Click "Options" → "Download"
In the Clients module, click the "Options" button (located near the top of the client list). A menu will appear — select "Download". The CSV file will download immediately to your computer's Downloads folder. All client fields are included automatically — no field selection dialog.
Verify and Send to MedMasters
Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Check that row 1 has column headers and that Phone, Email, and Last Visit columns are populated. Upload the file using the secure link from your MedMasters account manager.
Note:
Do not send the CSV via email. Always use the secure MedMasters upload link.

Sync type: one way out
Enable iCal in Mangomint
Contact Mangomint support via in-app chat and request that the iCal calendar feature be enabled for your account. This is a one-time setup step.
Open the Staff Members App
Once iCal is enabled, go to the Staff Members section in Mangomint.
Copy Your iCal URL
Select the staff member whose calendar you want to sync. Click "View iCal Calendar URL" and copy the unique URL displayed.
Add the URL to Google Calendar
Open Google Calendar on your computer. In the left sidebar under "Other Calendars," click the + icon and choose "From URL" (some Google Calendar versions show "Subscribe to calendar").
Paste and Confirm
Paste the Mangomint iCal URL into the field and click "Add Calendar." Your Mangomint appointments will now appear in Google Calendar, updating every few hours.
• One-way sync only: Mangomint → Google Calendar. Changes made in Google Calendar will not sync back to Mangomint.
• iCal calendar sync is not enabled by default — you must contact Mangomint chat support first to have it activated for your account.
• Updates from Mangomint can take several hours to appear in Google Calendar.
• Each staff member has their own unique iCal URL — repeat steps 2–7 per staff member.
