Export Steps
Sign in to Nookal
Open your practice subdomain on nookal.com in a desktop browser. Patient list export requires admin or principal practitioner role.
Open Reports → Patient List
In the top navigation, click "Reports". Choose "Patient List" from the available reports. Filter by status as needed.
Generate and Download
Click "Generate". Once the table loads, click the "CSV" button at the top-right of the table to download.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.
Field Availability
Which MedMasters data fields are available in this EHR export.
Known Quirks
AU/NZ-focused — payer field uses ACC and Medicare codes specific to those regions.
Patients flagged "Inactive" are still in the export — filter by Status if you want active only.
Pro Tips
Nookal supports saved report templates — save your reactivation report once and re-run monthly.
Export the related "Appointments" report alongside if you need granular visit dates.
