Modern cloud-based dental practice management
Log In to Oryx
Open your browser and go to app.oryxdental.com. Enter your admin email and password, then click "Log In". Oryx is fully cloud-based — no desktop installation is required.
Tip:
You must have an Owner or Admin role to access the Reports section. Front-desk accounts may not have export permissions.
Go to Reports
In the top navigation bar, click "Reports". The reports center will open with categories listed on the left side.
Select Patient Reports
In the Reports left panel, look for a "Patients" or "Patient Management" category and click it. Then select "Patient List" from the sub-options that appear on the right.
Set Filters
On the Patient List report, set the Status filter to "All Patients" to capture both active and inactive patients. You can also set a date range if needed, but leave it as "All Time" for a full export. Click "Run Report".
Tip:
Choosing "All Patients" ensures inactive and archived patients are included — MedMasters uses this data for reactivation campaigns.
Export to CSV
Once the report loads, look for a download or export icon in the top-right corner of the report results. Click it and choose "Export as CSV". The file will download to your computer.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email the file. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.

If the export button is grayed out, your account role may not have export permissions — contact your practice owner
