Export Steps
Sign in to Power Diary
Open your practice subdomain on powerdiary.com in a desktop browser. Owners and admins can export; practitioners are restricted to their own client list.
Open Clients → Reports
Click "Clients" in the top navigation, then choose "Reports" from the sub-menu. Select "Client List Export". Set status to "All Clients" and leave date filters open.
Generate and Download the CSV
Click "Generate Report". Once it appears, click "Download CSV". The file downloads to your browser.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
AU/UK time zone — date columns are DD/MM/YYYY by default.
Linked-client records (parent/child, couples) export as separate rows — dedupe carefully.
Pro Tips
Set the report filter to "Last Appointment > 90 days ago" to pre-segment dormant clients.
Power Diary supports custom fields — they appear at the end of the export. Map them to MedMasters fields if relevant.
