Export Steps
Sign in to Sensei Cloud
Open your Sensei Cloud URL in a desktop browser. Practice admin role required for the patient demographic export.
Open Reports → Patient Demographics
Click Reports → Practice Reports → "Patient Demographic Export". Configure status, date, and provider filters.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Once the report loads, click Export → CSV or Excel.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Cloud version of Carestream Dental — separate from the legacy desktop products.
Multi-location practices: report defaults to active location. Use "Location = All" for combined export.
