Export Steps
Sign in to Setmore
Open my.setmore.com in a desktop browser. The mobile app does not support export.
Open Customers
Click "Customers" in the left sidebar. The full customer directory loads.
Export to CSV
Click the three-dot menu at the top-right of the customers list and select "Export Customers". The CSV downloads to your browser.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Free-plan accounts cannot export — upgrade to Pro or Premium first.
Setmore is appointment-focused; clinical notes and demographics are minimal compared to a full EHR.

Setmore is often a secondary scheduling tool alongside a clinical EHR — combine the two exports for complete coverage.
