Export Steps
Sign in to EXACT
Open EXACT on a workstation. Practice admin or owner role is required for the patient list export.
Open Reports → Patient Demographics
Click Reports → Patient → Demographic Export. Configure Status = All, Date = All Time.
Run and Export
Click "Run" then "Export to CSV/Excel". Save to a secure location.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
UK/AU-focused — date format is DD/MM/YYYY.
Some recall fields differ between UK and AU instances — check the Plan Type column for region-specific values.
