Open business.wellnessliving.com in a desktop browser. Sign in with admin or owner credentials. Standard staff accounts cannot export.
Open Reports → Client List
In the left navigation, click "Reports". Find the "Clients" section and choose "Client List". Set Status filter to "All" to capture both active and inactive clients.
Run and Export the Report
Click "Run Report". Once the table loads, click the export icon (top-right) and choose "Export to CSV" or "Export to Excel". The file downloads to your browser.
Tip:
Use the "Last Visit" column to filter dormant patients before export — saves a step downstream.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Two report views exist — "Client List" exports demographics; "Visit History" exports per-appointment rows. Use Client List for reactivation.
Some accounts have legacy reports under a separate "Classic Reports" menu — both work.
Save the report configuration as a custom report so you can re-export weekly without reconfiguring filters.
Schedule the export to run automatically and email itself — found under Report Settings → Schedule.
