Pulling one or many patient records out of an EHR in a usable format.
A patient chart export is the act of getting patient data out of your EHR — usually as a CSV (for patient lists), CDA/C-CDA (for clinical summaries), or PDF (for the full chart). Export options vary wildly by vendor and by user role; it's the central problem this site exists to solve.
