USCDI

United States Core Data for Interoperability — the federal baseline of fields.

USCDI (United States Core Data for Interoperability) is the ONC-published baseline of data classes US EHRs must support. Each version (v1, v2, v3, v4) adds fields. When a vendor says they're "USCDI v3 compliant," they mean their FHIR/CDA exports cover that version's data classes.
